Tentative Itinerary
Monday, May 11th
• Arrive Washington, D.C.
• Check-in L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, near the Mall (afternoon)
• 6:00 p.m. Gather for reception and networking, followed by dinner as a group in a private room at the Hotel.
Tuesday, May 12th
• Breakfast at Hotel
• Leave Hotel for Library of Congress Meetings with scheduled speakers. 9:00 a.m. start time at the LOC
• 12 noon Luncheon in private dining room at the Library of Congress. Afternoon continued speakers in Members’ Room
• 3:00 Adjourn. Remainder of afternoon and evening free.
Wednesday, May 13th
• Breakfast at Hotel and check-out (Hotel will hold your luggage)
• Speakers at the Library of Congress until noon
• Noon Return to Hotel. Prepare to return to the Upstate.
